Who we are
This site belongs to Webinar Home (“Webinar Home”, “we”), a brand of Alquimia Marketing LLC, located at 1309 Coffeen Ave Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. We provide marketing, design, video and software services, mainly to real estate businesses. You can reach us at eugenio@webinar-home.com or call +1 (307) 317-6510.
By hiring our services you accept these terms. If a proposal accepted in writing says something different, the proposal prevails.
What we do
Depending on what we agree with each client, we provide:
- Strategy, creation and management of digital advertising campaigns.
- Planning and production of webinars, sales events and tours.
- Design of websites, brochures, presentations, ad creatives and printed materials.
- Video production and editing.
- Development, hosting and maintenance of custom software, such as live availability, broker portals, reporting dashboards and CRM and WhatsApp automations.
The exact scope for each client is defined in a written proposal.
Proposals and pricing
Before any charge we send you a written proposal with the scope, the fee in US dollars (USD), the billing frequency and the start date. The service is contracted once you accept the proposal in writing and the first invoice is paid.
We don’t publish prices on this site because they depend on each project’s scope. Unless the proposal says otherwise, fees exclude applicable taxes and advertising spend.
Billing and payments
- Services are billed in advance, usually monthly, on the date set in the proposal.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, by card, bank transfer or other methods Stripe offers. Webinar Home never receives or stores your full card number.
- Recurring charges run automatically on the same date each period, and you get a receipt by email.
- The charge appears on your statement under the name Webinar Home.
- If a payment fails, we let you know and may pause the service until it’s settled.
Advertising spend
Ad spend (Meta, Google or other platforms) is not part of our fee. You pay each platform directly with your own payment method, unless the proposal states otherwise. Webinar Home does not hold clients’ advertising funds.
Service delivery
We deliver our services digitally: published campaigns, live websites, files, links and software access. We don’t ship physical goods. If the proposal includes printing, the materials are produced and delivered by the print provider named in it.
The usual kickoff is two weeks from when you accept the proposal and give us the information and access we need.
Term and cancellation
Unless the proposal sets a minimum term, monthly services renew every month and you can cancel anytime by writing to eugenio@webinar-home.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: no further periods are charged and there is no penalty. Details are in the refund and cancellation policy.
We may end the service in case of non-payment or a serious breach of these terms, with written notice.
What we need from you
- Accurate information about the project, its prices and its terms.
- Rights to use the brands, images, renders and copy you give us.
- Compliance with the advertising, consumer protection and data protection laws that apply to your project and your leads.
- Timely approvals and access: ad accounts, domains and CRM.
Results
We work to generate sign-ups, attendees, meetings and sales, but results depend on the market, the product, the price and each client’s sales team. The figures shown on this site are averages or examples from past projects and do not guarantee future results.
Intellectual property
Once paid for, the final deliverables made for the client (designs, copy, videos and websites) belong to the client. Our tools, templates, base code and proprietary software remain Webinar Home’s; while the service is active, the client has a license to use them. We may show the work in our portfolio unless the client asks us not to in writing.
Confidentiality
We treat the business information you share with us, such as prices, inventory, sales and lead data, as confidential and use it only to provide the service.
Third-party platforms
We use third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, Zoom, HighLevel, Stripe and Vercel. Their terms and policies also apply, and we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, ad rejections or account restrictions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Webinar Home’s total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount the client paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Before any formal claim, both parties will try to resolve the matter in good faith by email; if that fails, the dispute will be settled in the courts of Panama.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the last update appears above. Changes do not affect periods already paid.
